The Birkenhead Plant operates 24 hours, seven days a week with heavy vehicles and ships accessing the site on a daily basis.

The completion of our Cement Mill 7 project will enable the cessation of trucking transportation of 80,000 tonnes per annum of clinker from the Victoria Road storage shed to our Angaston Cement Operations in the Barossa. This is the equivalent of removing 20 truck movements (semi-tipper and quad-dog configuration) each week from the main arterial roads around our plant.
